mark mcgrath
Mark graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management. He earned his doctoral degree in Technological Education from the University of Tennessee and taught in
the UT Hotel & Restaurant program. Dr. McGrath then worked for five years for the Georgia Department of Education in the School Nutrition Department. In 2004 he became the School Foodservice Director for Douglas
County Schools in Douglasville, Georgia. During that time he was instrumental in coordinating the GEC Co‐op Large Equipment Bid.
Mark is in charge of school sales for the state of Georgia.
