Hilly attended the University of Arizona & The Art Institute of Atlanta. He graduated with a degree in Culinary Arts. Hilly has been in the food service industry since 1995. He owned a gourmet food manufacturing business for 6 years before selling his business to Marmaxx, Inc. (TJ Max, Marshall and Homegoods). He then went to work for a large restaurant equipment dealer in Atlanta for 3 years before coming to PMR in July of 2010.
Hilly and his wife have a son, and are expecting their second boy in Dec of 2010.
Two interesting facts about Hilly are that he plays professional poker on the World Poker Tour and he won the showcase showdown on The Price Is Right in 1997.
Hilly is currently handling customer service requests.
